Contact us immediately if you believe an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
How to report damage
Open the chat on our website (chat icon, lower-right corner) and let us know what you’re seeing. We’ll ask for a photo of the damage along with your order number, then our team takes it from there.
If chat isn’t an option, email us at [email protected] with your order number, a photo of the damaged product, and a quick description of the issue.
What happens next
Once we’ve seen the photo, we’ll replace the product if it’s still in stock or issue a refund if it’s not.
Storage and natural variation
Please store candles in a cool, dry place, and remove them from the shipping box once your order arrives.
Our candles are made from 100% natural ingredients. Slight changes in color and small imperfections in the wax are perfectly normal, and will not affect the performance of your candle. We recommend burning your candles within one year for best performance.
