We can cancel orders within 2 hours of placement — while they’re still in our system and haven’t been picked by our third party warehouse.
How to cancel
Open the chat on our website (chat icon, lower-right corner) and let us know you’d like to cancel. Our AI agent can usually take care of eligible cancellations right away.
If chat isn’t an option, email us at [email protected] with your order number and your request.
After the 2-hour window
After 2 hours, your order moves into our fulfillment pipeline and we can no longer reliably cancel it. If you’ve missed the window, reach out anyway and we’ll check whether it’s still possible to stop the shipment.
