We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return or exchange an item. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.For one-time purchases, eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange. Your first exchange is free
Perfume Returns
Our Eau de Parfums may only be returned for store credit, and are not eligible for refund or exchange.The perfumes must have at least 95% of the original liquid upon return, and its original packaging must be intact.
Subscriptions
Subscription items cannot be exchanged but may be returned for store credit. Utilize the ‘Shop now’ option in the returns portal to purchase your desired product with the credit.
Order Cancellation
We can cancel orders within 2 hours of placement — while they’re still in our system and haven’t been picked by our third party warehouse. Open the chat on our website (chat icon, lower-right corner) and let us know you’d like to cancel. Our AI agent
