We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return or exchange an item. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

For one-time purchases, eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange. Your first exchange is free and any subsequent exchanges are subject to a $15 shipping and handling fee. For standard returns, the refund does not include the original shipping charges or the cost of return shipping.

Subscription items cannot be exchanged but may be returned for a refund or store credit. Perfumes are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, with their original packaging intact (or resalable condition). All returns are inspected upon receipt, and we reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements, including items that appear used, opened, or damaged.

Once your return has been delivered, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund, store credit, or exchange to be processed. If a return is rejected, it can be sent back to you at your expense.
